Awesome video...I write about just this subject..it's all about "TAKING CHARGE OF YOUR LIFE"..practice it daily and teach it to your children especially girls...You cannot love or nurture anyone else till YOU do for yourself..I use the metaphor "WEEDS" in my writings because they are survivors..and we are ALL survivors of something...I want to thank Laina for forwarding this video to me...thanks again

The source of our strength many times comes from our past pains, trauma and disappointments. Not allowing the healing to take place in our lives robs others of the opportunity to be helped from our stories.
The focus of my life is to offer assistance to women who want to impact others to be strong women in society. What you have gone through in life has a lot to do with someone else. Example, you can help someone who has been abused by your words of hope from your own story as a victim.
Be Empowered through positive relationships with others who believe there is strength in what women can achieve!
