This is right up my alley... I recently added sales responsibilities to my position at work. I work in the bowling industry so now I sell company bowling parties and group outings. I’m sure while you’re thinking holiday as winter holidays – Thanksgiving, Christmas and NYE – we just hosted the coolest Halloween team building party.

I only make a point to go to the events I book if they are huge and complicated or I really enjoyed working with the organizer.

Lacy booked an event for an online school Arlington/Roe. They have 4 locations around the country. The owner must be a pretty decent guy. He seems to care for his employees. I think many business owners and leaders could take a tip from him.

“Jim believes good business is based on good relationships and “The Golden Rule”.  He is intently dedicated to giving us the tools we need to be successful. We only need to work hard and work smart....and as you might guess, have fun.”

Here is what my customer wrote to me about their company party. How many bosses can say the same about the people that work for them?!

Team Building at its Silliest!

Not sure if this is what you had in mind, but here is someting I did with one of my businesses.I owned a deli and approached a friend who had a floral shop. We set up a program where you could order a boxed luncheon(from my business) accompanied by a bouquet(floral shop) and it was delivered to receipients' workplace. This can be done for Holidays,Birthdays,Anniversaries,Engagements..apologies..etc..and now with the internet you can post the ad on each others website etc..
