Fall in the morning/evening and summer during the day
This time of year the weather can be nuts. Today for example here in Indy is was mid-60's when I woke up and then 91 by 4pm. How do you dress fashionably when the weather is all over the board?

I would love that right now. At least you get a break from the heat once in a while. It's been high 90s for more than month. We finally got down to the 80's today but you can't walk from the door to the car without getting sticky from the heat. I just try to wear layers so I can put the jacket on if it ever cools down. I also love a cool shawl to keep the sun off my skin.
