My willpower is waning

It's about this time of the year after I made my New Year resolution to eat healthy and try to lose a few pounds where I get hungry, cranky, and depressed over the grey dreary winter and want to eat to make myself feel better. We need to take control of our lives before we can make  changes..and that is where we start..When we change others around us will change and that's where the healing begins... Loved the trensetter video..funny how everything old is new again. I have several ideas for changing the look of "fashion finds" and make them your own..not sure where you would like to post them..
