My resolution this year is to be more creative. Not just think about or read about creative, but to actually do something creative. Another blogger inspired me to put a time limit on being creative--I want to be creative 30 minutes a day!

Any New Year resolutions ?

It's that time of year again...do you make resolutions ? are you able to keep them ? a simple way to start..If you decide you want to lose weigh, start SLOW... change the way you do things start by eating something for breakfast ( apple,orange,whole grain toast or even just a shake) munch on almonds,raisins,celery, and carrots until lunchtime..It doesn't matter if you eat lunch..and drink lemon water. Both my daughters work outside the home..we buy in bulk..potatoes,canned goods,meat,soaps,toilet paper,cleaning supplies including laundry soap..anything we can get in bulk and then divide up proportionally, so you only pay for what you need..also…
